Responsibilities:
- Provide support and basic trouble shooting for current operations. Investigates, gathers, and analyzes data for specifically assigned, recurring tasks.
- Establish routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs of limited scope.
- Develop and/or procure tooling and mistake proofing for new processes and/or new parts
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) teams
Requirements:
- One or more years of demonstration support and manufacturing engineering knowledge (routing, methods, layouts, tools, costs, capacity plans/line design, methods documentation, maintenance, quality plans and labor standards, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Work experience in a team environment
- Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution•

- One or more years of demonstration support and manufacturing engineering knowledge (routing, methods, layouts, tools, costs, capacity plans/line design, methods documentation, maintenance, quality plans and labor standards, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Work experience in a team environment
- Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution•

- Knowledge of DC Electric torque equipment
- Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or related experience
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $37.84- $37.84/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
