Job Summary
Support full-cycle recruiting through sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, selection, offer management, and compliance while providing an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on labor-market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Provide a strong candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams on recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Support candidate assessment, recruitment metrics, analytics, position requirements, and workforce forecasting.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR professionals, and industry contacts.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and provide regular status updates to candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, processes, and applicable labor laws.
- Identify and resolve recruitment issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
