Job Summary:
The General Laborer supports day-to-day manufacturing and facility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on role suited for candidates comfortable with physical labor in a production or warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with unloading and dumping trucks containing raw materials or grain.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, cleaning, and shoveling grain or debris.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety and quality standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
- Support other production and facility activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and teamwork.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing, agriculture, or warehouse operations is a plus.
