Duration: 3 Months Contract
Location: Topeka, KS 66608
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

The General Laborer supports day-to-day manufacturing and facility operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on role suited for candidates comfortable with physical labor in a production or warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with unloading and dumping trucks containing raw materials or grain.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, cleaning, and shoveling grain or debris.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety and quality standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Support other production and facility activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and teamwork.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing, agriculture, or warehouse operations is a plus.
