Duties
- Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to transport raw materials or finished products as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to uphold safety standards in an outdoor environments
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to ensure personal and team safety
- Follow strict safety standards to ensure product quality and workplace safety
- Support team members with various tasks such as mowing, landscape maintenance and hardscape builds
Experience
- Prior experience in the green industry or general labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating equipment and troubleshooting minor issues
- Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and heavy lifting techniques
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely over long periods
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
