The Marketing Lifecycle Manager is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through digital email marketing and lifecycle automation. This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of customer communications, with clear accountability for conversion, retention, and digital adoption KPIs. This person will lead campaign design, build lifecycle journeys, and deliver measurable results by influencing key customer behaviors and outcomes across the propane lifecycle.
This position leads innovation in email marketing by testing, scaling, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that influence customer behavior across the propane lifecycle. Success in this role is defined by the ability to translate campaigns into quantifiable business results.
Experience Required/Preferred: 5 years of digital marketing, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Email Marketing, Constant Contact, Tableau
Essential Job Duties:
- Own the end-to-end performance of lifecycle email marketing, from strategy through execution, optimization, and reporting
- Design, build, and continuously improve automated customer journeys that drive lead conversion, retention, and digital engagement
- Own marketing automation platforms, ensuring data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and effective audience targeting
- Partner with CX, Sales, and Customer Service to align campaigns with operational goals and influence key customer behaviors
- Lead a structured test-and-learn strategy (A/B testing, timing, messaging, channel mix) to improve performance over time
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements and revenue impact
- Report regularly on performance against KPIs, clearly communicating wins, gaps, and next actions
- Manage and develop team members, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and performance visibility
