About the Role
We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our electrical service team. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support team development, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support both office and field service team members
- Handle all aspects of team management including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring financial goals and quality standards are met
- Ensure safe work practices, efficient scheduling, and high-quality work across the team
- Review project quotes and progress to identify issues and ensure specifications are met
- Help grow the electrical service business through new and existing customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Recommend and sell electrical service solutions and upgrades
- Ensure proper permits are filed for service work
- Partner with accounting to support timely billing and collections
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in selling and managing electrical service projects through completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and customers
- Financial management experience, including estimating and managing project budgets
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning industry-related software
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
