Service Project Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Service Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for estimating and managing service projects from start to finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing technical work, project coordination, and customer interaction while keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate project estimates using plans, take-offs, and estimating software
- Review and gather pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Build and send detailed project scope proposals to customers and contractors
- Coordinate project staffing and ensure labor and materials are tracked for billing
- Manage project teams and ensure safety and company policies are followed
- Collaborate with internal teams to support projects and bids
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and service contacts
- Support efforts to grow and expand the customer base
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; construction management, electrical engineering, or related experience preferred
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- General knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and project types (commercial, industrial, residential)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Solid planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints
- Comfortable using computers and estimating software
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
