Automotive Accounting Assistant

MacMulkin Chevrolet-Cadillac is looking to add an Automotive Accounting Assistant to our growing office staff! The Automotive Accounting Assistant will be able to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, data entry, and more. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and have a good work ethic and attendance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• AP/AR

• Billing

• Floor plan payoffs additions

• Deal processing

• Maintaining titles and followup with state

• Part statements reconciliation

• Clean schedules
