As we continue to grow, we are adding a Roofing Superintendent to lead roofing operations in the field. This role is for an experienced roofing professional who knows how to find problems, fix them, and lead crews—not from behind a desk, but on the roof. You’ll be responsible for supervising installs, troubleshooting repairs, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects moving efficiently while upholding our core values of Family First, Compassion, and Communication.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and oversee roof installations and repairs across all roofing systems
Perform and lead hands-on roofing repairs, including leak detection and remediation
Work confidently with flat roofing systems as well as other roofing types
Ensure roofing projects are completed safely, correctly, and to Thomasville standards
Lead and support roofing crews on-site, providing direction and problem-solving as needed
Run for materials when necessary to keep crews productive and jobs on schedule
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, code compliance, and customer satisfaction
Perform metal bending on a brake and complete small siding repairs when required
Identify issues in the field and communicate solutions clearly with internal teams
Maintain clean, professional job sites and reinforce safety best practices
Support project flow by coordinating with production and operations teams
Who You Are
- 5 years of hands-on roofing experience
- Highly skilled in roofing repairs, including leak detection and permanent fixes
- Experienced with all roofing systems, including flat/low-slope roofing
- Proven ability to supervise roofing crews and lead installs from start to finish
- Comfortable bending metal on a brake and handling small siding repairs
- A proactive problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what needs fixing
- Strong work ethic with a field-first, get-it-done mindset
- Clear communicator who can lead crews and coordinate with internal teams
