We’re growing fast, and our Commercial Roofing Service & Repair division is adding a New Business Development Manager to help expand our commercial customer base. This role is based in Mifflinburg, PA, a location about 75 minutes from Harrisburg, PA.
This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and introducing high-value roofing services and maintenance solutions to commercial clients. You’ll work with property managers, facility directors, business owners, and general contractors to establish long-term partnerships and generate new service opportunities.
You’ll Collaborate Closely With The Service Coordinator, Service Account Managers, And Field Technicians To Ensure New Accounts Transition Smoothly Into Ongoing Service Relationships While Embodying Our Company’s Values
Compensation: $90,000 base months 1 - 4; $70,000 base month 5 and beyond, plus bonus opportunity up to $19,000 year one based upon achieved metrics.
