This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, located in Mifflinburg, PA. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include representing company values, communicating product offerings effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences
- Expertise in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel to client sites within the service area
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
