What You’ll Do
- Lead jobsite management, including staging equipment, assigning personnel, and supervising
- Perform and oversee mitigation processes following IICRC standards and company procedures
- Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct final walk-throughs with customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Review, complete, and ensure accuracy of job documentation, scopes, and required signatures
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls
- Train and mentor production technicians in processes, equipment use, safety, and customer service
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, and job sites
- Control costs, protect company assets, and document usage within budget
- Enforce safety practices, PPE use, and adherence to company policies
Who You Are
- IICRC Certification (required)
- Disaster restoration experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, train, and motivate field technicians
- Valid driver’s license required
- Able to relocate to Halethorpe, MD before starting
