You will oversee disaster response projects while helping residential and commercial property owners rebuild their lives.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead and direct mitigation crew on water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation projects safely and efficiently.
- Assess property damage, develop comprehensive restoration plans, and coordinate with clients, adjusters, and management.
- Supervise water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and remediation while maintaining strict quality and IICRC standards.
- Set up drying equipment, monitor moisture readings daily, and maintain complete documentation across all job sites.
- Enforce safety protocols, identify environmental hazards, and implement control measures to protect workers and occupants.
- Control project costs, track equipment and material usage, and manage daily jobsite logs and photos.
- Respond to emergency service calls and manage crew schedules to ensure prompt disaster response.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in water and fire mitigation.
- Active IICRC Certifications in WRT, ASD, and AMRT.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Strong technical knowledge of drying equipment, moisture tracking, and restoration processes.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.
- Willingness to work evening and weekend hours to respond to emergency service requests.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven track record of crew leadership and project management in field restoration.
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience handling insurance adjuster interactions.
