We’re looking for a Vice President of Technology to lead our IT, software development, and data initiatives. This role will guide digital projects, oversee logistics systems, and deliver tools that improve customer experience. Located at 1978 Thomas E. Keller Blvd., Defiance, OH 43512.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation projects to improve service delivery, scalability, systems integration. and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and prioritize technology investments and capital budgets across systems, infrastructure, and products.
- Serve as the primary tech advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into scalable solutions.
- Oversee customer-facing tools (portals, APIs, dashboards, mobile platforms).
- Manage logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) and ensure smooth integration.
- Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary technology team.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Manage vendors, budgets, and technology partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
- 8 years in IT or software leadership with multi-discipline team management.
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with UX/UI, mobile development, APIs, and modern cloud/data practices.
