Role Summary
The Vice President of Technology will lead our IT, software development, and data strategy across the organization. This executive will drive digital innovation, optimize logistics systems, and deliver technology solutions that elevate operational efficiency and customer experience. This position is hybrid with flexibility; remote may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute the technology strategy across all business units and affiliate companies
- Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives that improve workflow, automation, and customer engagement
- Oversee IT operations, enterprise systems, data infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Build, develop, and mentor high-performing multi-discipline technology teams
- Implement and optimize logistics technologies including WMS, TMS, ERP, and integrated platforms
- Deliver tools, applications, and digital products that support scalable growth and exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's/MBA a plus
- 8 years of experience in IT or software leadership with success managing multi-discipline teams
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain environments
- Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP systems, and systems integrations
- Familiarity with UX/UI, mobile development, APIs, and modern cloud/data practices
