Role Description The Vice President at Crypto Court | Powered by Meyer Wilson Werning will provide strategic leadership across the cryptocurrency investor protection practice, overseeing business development, practice growth, and operational excellence. This full-time remote role will guide cross-functional initiatives, collaborate closely with senior attorneys and marketing teams, and shape the platform’s positioning in the digital asset and securities law space. Daily responsibilities include setting and executing growth strategies, managing key partnerships, monitoring market and regulatory trends, and helping to design services that respond to emerging crypto fraud risks. The Vice President will also support client intake strategies, refine internal processes, track performance metrics, and represent the platform at industry events and in thought leadership activities. This position requires a balance of strategic vision, analytical rigor, and hands-on leadership in a fast-evolving environment.
Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and management skills, including the ability to set priorities, drive initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in financial services, securities law, fintech, or the broader crypto and digital asset ecosystem, with strong understanding of investor protection issues.
• Business development, partnership management, and growth strategy skills, with a track record of building and scaling client-focused services.
• Analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to interpret market trends, regulatory developments, and complex fraud scenarios.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including comfort representing the organization externally.
• Operational and project management skills, including process improvement, performance tracking, and remote team coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (JD, MBA, or equivalent) is preferred.
