We’re hiring a Vice President of Operations to join our executive leadership team at Rowmark / Johnson Plastics Plus (Findlay, OH – on-site).
This is a high-impact role responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling a multi-site network, and delivering strong financial and customer outcomes. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution—while building a high-performing, accountable culture across the organization.
What you’ll lead:
• Multi-site operations with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and performance
• End-to-end supply chain optimization (planning, inventory, fulfillment)
• Data-driven decision making through KPIs and performance metrics
• Continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
• Cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and Marketing
• Strategic initiatives that support long-term growth
What we’re looking for:
• Proven executive leadership in operations, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments
• Strong background in inventory management and demand planning
• Track record of driving measurable operational improvements
• Ability to lead teams, influence at all levels, and execute with urgency
