What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate Attorney position at ThinkingAhead Executive Search?
Our client is a prestigious law firm located in Savannah, Georgia, and they are looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a general background in commercial / business litigation, construction litigation, or civil litigation, with deposition and oral argument experience. Strong writing is required. Complex litigation experience (e.g., class actions, MDLs, RICO, shareholder derivatives, quick turnaround emergency hearings, etc.) is a plus. The candidate must be barred in Georgia / reciprocal State or be willing to take the Georgia Bar. A portable book is not required. Salary range of $100K - $175K, depending on experience.
