Cold-Line Packaging Operator, Frozen Foods

You collaborate closely with teammates, communicate issues quickly, and finish the shift with a clean, organized station—ready for tomorrow.

• Assemble, package, and visually inspect frozen food items on a fast-moving line
• Hit production targets without sacrificing product quality
• Load ingredients and materials; monitor product flow and machine feed
• Follow food safety practices, GMPs, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and follow sanitation guidelines
• Report equipment or product concerns to supervisors promptly
• Work as a team to meet daily output goals

• Comfort standing for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Comfort working in a refrigerated production setting
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production is a plus—but not required; we provide training

• Location: Jackson, OH
• Overtime and weekend work may be required

Transportation is available from Portsmouth to Jackson for 3rd-shift associates, and travel time to and from work is paid.
