From there, you navigate aisles with precision—moving, locating, and stacking pallets to keep product flowing and customers satisfied.
A Day in the RoleYou’ll be at the center of warehouse operations, balancing speed and accuracy as you:
- Operate a reach truck to place, retrieve, and stack products efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload trailers and containers with care and control.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues immediately.
- Keep inventory current—record movements and support cycle counts.
- Team up with coworkers to hit daily goals and maintain flow.
- Follow all safety standards to ensure a risk-free workplace.
- Pitch in with general warehouse tasks whenever needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience operating a reach truck or comparable powered equipment.
- Keen attention to detail and the discipline to follow instructions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Clear communicator and reliable team player.
- Forklift operator certification is a plus.
- Physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy items as needed.
