- Participate and review all business pursuits.
- Streamline business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support growth.
- Implement and monitor best practices across all operational areas to drive consistency.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, upholding standards across functions.
- Regularly review and refine workflows, making adjustments to improve operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, making adjustments to meet changing needs.
- Report financial performance and operational expenditures to senior management.
- Track and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and insights.
- Identify areas for improvement based on performance data, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, ensuring a positive impact on organizational performance.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement solutions that support operational excellence.
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years in operations management, with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong understanding of what we build.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management and financial analysis software.
- Drive operational excellence, maintaining efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting employee engagement.
- Respond promptly to operational challenges, providing solutions that minimize disruption.
- Ensure operational activities and resources are aligned with the organization’s overall business strategy.
