Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.¿
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
