This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the system
- Handle billing questions and process payments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software
- Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult or upset customers
- Competitive hourly wage: $27 - $33 per hour.
