We are seeking a professional and dependable Call Center Agent to support our Orlando operations. This role handles inbound and outbound calls, assists customers with parking-related questions, schedules services, and supports internal teams with accurate information and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Provide information related to parking services, locations, and general operations
- Schedule appointments or service requests as needed
- Document calls, issues, and resolutions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when appropriate
- Coordinate with field staff and operations teams
