Position Overview

We are seeking organized and customer-oriented Registration Desk Staff to support daily operations in Austin. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, drivers, or event participants, assisting with check-ins, registrations, and general inquiries while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in visitors, drivers, or participants professionally
• Verify registrations and provide necessary information or credentials
• Answer questions regarding parking services, site procedures, or event logistics
• Maintain accurate records and update registration systems
• Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  
  

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
