The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience. This role is crucial in maintaining the positive reputation of our establishment by attentively addressing guest needs, handling inquiries, and managing reservations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt check-in and check-out services.
- Manage reservations and cancellations accurately using the property management system.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a courteous and professional manner.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain room readiness.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency with property management systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly wage: $20 - $25 per hour.
