Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects across different departments. This position is ideal for candidates eager to develop project management skills while contributing to the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
• Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update project management tools
• Monitor project budgets and report any variances to supervisors
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
