What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding GTM Recruiter position at Theron Solutions?
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, with an initial focus on Sales and Post-Sales.
- Take ownership of building a robust top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound sourcing, talent mapping, and networking.
- Work closely with the founders to define what exceptional talent looks like and calibrate on candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract the top .01% of candidates.
- Drive the candidate experience from first touch through to close, ensuring a high-touch and positive process.
- Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our ATS (Ashby) to track pipeline and performance metrics.
