The Role
You'll build the Sales organisation from scratch — laying the foundations of a high-performance GTM engine, winning major new logos, and growing existing accounts. As we scale, you'll hire and lead a world-class full-cycle Sales team, working directly alongside the CEO.
• Build the GTM engine: design and implement the infrastructure for scalable, repeatable growth — the playbooks, processes, and tooling that set the team up to win
• Own high-stakes deals: lead conversations with some of the largest insurance companies in the world, from first touch to close
• Unlock new growth: experiment across channels, test creative approaches, and surface opportunities others haven't spotted yet
• Sell with precision: run sharp, insight-led sales cycles — driving urgency, maintaining momentum, and keeping a clear line of sight to the close
• Shape the product: work closely with Claims and Product to ensure our solutions stay ahead of what the market needs
