About the Role
The IT Client Partner acts as the primary relationship manager between the organization and its clients. This role focuses on driving client satisfaction, business growth, and ensuring successful delivery of IT services and solutions. The Client Partner works closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand business needs, develop strategies, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders; serve as the main point of contact for escalations and critical business needs.
- Strategic Planning & Growth: Understand client business strategy and IT landscape to identify opportunities; propose and negotiate new IT solutions and services; develop account plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery; monitor project performance and resolve issues impacting client satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers; conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies; provide recommendations to clients for leveraging innovations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in IT services, account management, or client relationship management roles.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, and services.
