Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and manage Engineering, Manufacturing, and IoT solutions for a major automotive client, including SDLC, Connected Vehicles, ADAS, and Infotainment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, IT and business leaders, and procurement stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor account performance, conduct business reviews, and expand service footprint within a large strategic relationship.
- Drive account mining activities, identify new opportunities, and manage sales cycles to closure, positioning IoT and Digital Engineering services effectively.
- Develop account maps, identify high-potential opportunities, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies with technical and sales leadership.
- Represent the organization at industry events and enhance visibility through thought leadership and client engagement.
Requirements
- Strong domain expertise in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in account management and client relationship building in the US region, specifically managing large strategic accounts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Deep understanding of automotive technologies and industry trends.
- Experience in positioning offerings, developing proposals, value propositions, business cases, and structuring complex deals.
- Strong technical acumen with consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand market and customer needs and collaborate with solution teams to develop innovative industry solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
