About Therapist to You

Therapist to You is a growing pediatric therapy practice dedicated to providing

compassionate, individualized care to children and their families. Our multidisciplinary

team provides Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

services in a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are seeking a caring and motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to

join our Lakeland team.

Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist will:

 Evaluate children with speech, language, communication, and feeding-related

needs within the SLP's scope of practice.

 Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.

 Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.

 Complete evaluations, progress reports, treatment notes, and other required

documentation.

 Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

 Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers.

 Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, BCBAs, RBTs, physicians, schools, and other

professionals involved in the child's care.

 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

 Follow professional, ethical, HIPAA, payer, and facility requirements.

Qualifications

 Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

and Disorders from an accredited program.

 Current or eligible Florida Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.

 ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

 Pediatric experience preferred.

 Strong communication and documentation skills.

 Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
