Fast-paced office environment seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team!

This is an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and eager to learn. Training will be provided — however, some knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Office Manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Support AP/AR processes
  • Title Preparation & Record Keeping
  • Enter and maintain financial data accurately
  • Reconcile transactions and assist with reporting
  • Organize and maintain office records
  • Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) regularly

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of AP/AR helpful
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and organized
