Responsibilities
- Assist Office Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Support AP/AR processes
- Title Preparation & Record Keeping
- Enter and maintain financial data accurately
- Reconcile transactions and assist with reporting
- Organize and maintain office records
- Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
- Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) regularly
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of AP/AR helpful
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and organized
