Introduction
- This person will support the vision of the Global IT Copyright & Royalties team, assist with product requirements, and translate abstract requirements into technical user stories for Scrum teams
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Delivery Lead on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Closely communicate with internal/external teams to understand overall business situation and key topics of concern
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance or team performance
- Provide support to internal/external teams for any data, reports, or tools inquiry
- Collaborate with the scrum team to resolve product-related problems and make decisions that represent the strategic goals of the Data and Insights team
- Partner with the Product Manager, Delivery Lead and Scrum Master to resolve issues with the Business throughout the sprint
- Work with Stakeholders, Developers, and cross functional team on Sprint Planning
- Prepare detailed documentation and maintain product, project, and process standard artifact
- 6 years as a Business Analyst
- Advanced level ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Advanced level ability to do backlog refinement
- Beginner knowledge of SQL to run ad hoc analysis
- Intermediate knowledge of Agile software development life cycles
- Bachelor’s degree in computer, business or music related field
- Intermediate experience working with web-based enterprise applications
- 2 years using Jira/Confluence
- Intermediate skills utilizing Excel
- Ability to develop powerful data visualizations and storytelling using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI
- Knowledge of software development concepts such as CI/CD, and DevOps
Salary : $55 - $60
