Senior Business Analyst (Contract/Hybrid)
Top 5 Experience & Skills Required:
*6 years as a Business Analyst
*Advanced level ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria
*Advanced level ability to do backlog refinement
*Beginner knowledge of SQL to run ad hoc analysis
*Intermediate knowledge of Agile software development life cycles
Location: Nashville – candidates must currently reside in Nashville for consideration
· Experience working with web-based enterprise applications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer, business or music related field
· Change agent within an Agile team and ability to distill user requirements into detailed User Stories, User Journeys, Business Process flows.
· You can toggle between pragmatic methodologies to help accommodate the development team depending on project phase and delivery timelines.
· Experience with being able to watch requirements unfold into tangible deliverables from the database, API and UI layers.
· 5 years of SQL experience.
· 5 years with Figma, Lucid Charts or similar prototyping and diagramming tools.
· 5 years of Postman or similar testing tools.
· Maintaining product scope through business negotiation and team capacity
· Proficiency with the Atlassian suite. You can manage multiple backlogs and build dashboards for tracking and reporting to Senior Tech Leads and Product Managers.
· 5 years of project administration, ability to streamline business processes through automation.
· Lead refinement sessions.
· Understanding cloud provider services in both AWS and Azure
Candidate will interview at least twice – first will be technical, and second with team leads/managers
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour
