- Consistent success closing $3K–$10K offers in a consultative sales environment
- Proven track record of strong earnings in commission-heavy roles (e.g., $100K annual)
- Ability to lead long-form, enrollment-focused calls (45–90 minutes) with business owners
- Strong objection handling skills without pressure tactics; commitment to ethical selling
- High accountability: accurate tracking, follow-up discipline, and “no lead left behind” mindset
- CRM proficiency and comfort managing pipeline, KPIs, and daily activity standards
- Coachable, competitive, and driven by performance feedback and continuous improvement
- Experience selling coaching, consulting, info products, or B2B services preferred
- Must be willing and able to work on-site in Castle Rock, CO (not a remote role)
- Close 15–25 high-ticket enrollments per month via phone and Zoom with warm, qualified leads
- Run consultative sales calls using a defined enrollment framework focused on fit and transformation
- Maintain a high close rate on qualified, shown appointments (targeting 25% as a baseline)
- Accurately log all activity, call outcomes, and notes in the CRM with precision and timeliness
- Manage pipeline daily: follow-ups, reschedules, next steps, and conversion workflows
- Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly on-site trainings to improve performance and alignment
- Collaborate with marketing by reporting lead quality trends, recurring objections, and messaging gaps
- Uphold brand standards in every interaction: direct communication, professionalism, and authenticity
- Take full ownership of show-up rates and conversion outcomes; identify and execute improvements
- Consistently represent the offer with integrity—enroll clients who are ready, aligned, and committed to doing the work
