- Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000–$165,000 annually
- Performance-based bonus opportunity of $25,000–$60,000
- Target total compensation package of $160,000–$210,000

- Manage, coach, mentor, and hold accountable project managers and estimators
- Drive department profitability, forecasting accuracy, manpower planning, and project execution
- Review job cost reports, labor productivity, billing status, WIP reports, and project forecasts
- Identify project risks and underperforming jobs early while implementing corrective action plans
- Support estimating efforts through bid reviews, labor analysis, scope evaluation, and turnover planning
- Ensure awarded projects have strong startup, procurement, manpower, billing, and closeout plans
- Improve change order tracking, documentation standards, pricing discipline, and approval processes
- Collaborate with field leadership to improve communication, production efficiency, and workforce utilization
- Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, general contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders
- Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing project managers, estimators, or field leaders preferred
- Strong background in commercial construction project management or operations leadership
- Experience working within plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or multi-trade subcontracting environments
- Strong understanding of job costing, labor productivity, forecasting, billing, and project financials
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, schedules, and scope documents
- Proven ability to lead teams, enforce accountability, and improve operational performance
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with construction management and project tracking software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms
