Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical and control systems design to lead the development and integration of complex, multi-component solutions. This role is responsible for presales system architecture, component specification, and the creation of detailed technical schematics to support implementation. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of system interactions across hardware and software, with the ability to design, analyze, and optimize reliable, scalable systems. This individual will play a key role in bridging engineering, operations, and customer requirements, while also contributing to process improvements and internal tool development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in electrical or electronic systems design and integration
• Proficiency in developing wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Experience with control systems, embedded systems, or automation technologies
• Solid understanding of signal flow, power distribution, and component interoperability
• Programming experience for system control or automation
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, routers, switches, communication protocols)
• Experience supporting presales engineering, solution design, or technical scoping is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills across hardware and software systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
  
  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and architect integrated systems based on technical requirements and use cases
• Specify components, materials, and system configurations to meet performance and reliability goals
• Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation
• Configure, program, and validate control systems or automation logic where applicable
• Analyze and manage interactions between hardware, software, and networked components
• Conduct system testing, validation, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide support to internal teams and field operations
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, configurations, and engineering standards
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, automation scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency
