Description
The Catering Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Catering and Conference Planning team. Ensuring organized, efficient operations and clear communication with clients and internal departments.
How You'll Shape The Experience & Future
- Answer phones politely and professionally, greeting clients with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment reflecting company standards.
- Establish and manage an efficient filing system for catering and banquet event documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy access.
- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure clear communication with hotel operations and relevant parties.
- Draft and send professional correspondence and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Foster positive relationships with all hotel departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration for efficient operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional and courteous communication style.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and correspondence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and dependable.
- Minimum 6 months of office or sales experience preferred.
- Be proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe and other
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
