About the Company
Our client, a growing RIA and financial services firm in the Phoenix metro area, is adding a Wealth Advisor to support its expanding book of business across multiple office locations.
About the Role
With a robust marketing engine driving consistent lead flow—seminars, radio, TV, direct mail, and more—you won't be cold calling. You'll be stepping into a warm pipeline and doing what you do best: building client relationships and growing assets.
Responsibilities
- Join a fully-supported team—no prospecting from scratch, leads are provided
- Cultivate and mine an existing client book for consolidation and product placement opportunities
- Attend 4 monthly seminars and client events as part of a well-funded marketing program
- Work alongside a tight-knit team of lead advisors, service advisors, and support staff
- Real upside: an advisor in a comparable role earned nearly $250K last year
- Equity in a high-growth firm with plans to expand to additional locations
Qualifications
- Series 65 or 7/66 license required; AZ Life & Health license strongly preferred
- Experience in annuity sales (fixed index annuities a strong plus) and/or AUM-based wealth management
- Comfortable with a 60/40 annuity-to-managed-assets business mix
- Team-first mindset with both operational and sales capabilities
- Alignment with a faith-forward culture—prayer is part of our everyday office life
- Local to the Phoenix metro area (relocation assistance not available at this time)
Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package
$75K base (first 90 days) → $100K base thereafter. Commission and trail income on AUM and annuity production — first-year target of $150K–$160K
