Position: Senior Tax Accountant - CPA or EA license (or on path/willing to obtain)
Location: Dayton, OH (On-site)
Salary: $85k-$90k (DOE) base discretionary bonus employer paid benefits
(Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, must be on path to or willing to obtain CPA/ or EA)

Qualifications:
- CPA or EA license (Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, must be on path to or willing to obtain CPA/ or EA)
- 2 years of tax or public accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-centric environment
- Passion for innovation, systems improvement, and tech adoption
