Platform & Custodian Support Specialist – Wealth Management

We're hiring a Platform & Custodian Support Specialist on behalf of our client — a nationally recognized, Forbes "Best-in-State" wealth management firm known for personalized planning and a culture built on respect and strategic growth.
Why this role?
- Be the go-to person for custodial platform support across SEI, Fidelity, and other key relationships
- Own Orion administration end-to-end — configuration, reporting, data integrity, and integrations
- Build and maintain SOPs that keep operations running clean as the firm scales
- Train and enable advisors and staff as the firm's platform subject matter expert

What you bring:
- 3–5 years of operations experience at an RIA, broker-dealer, or wealth management firm
- Hands-on Orion experience — account/household setup, performance reporting, data reconciliation
- Experience with at least one major custodian (SEI, Fidelity, Schwab, or Pershing)
- CRM administration experience — Redtail strongly preferred
- Strong documentation instincts and comfort in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
