Role Summary
We’re hiring a Client Servicing Advisor on behalf of our client—a growing retirement-focused wealth advisory firm based in Rhode Island.

This role is a strong fit for a licensed professional who enjoys supporting advisors, delivering a high-touch client experience, and helping a fast-growing office operate at a high level. The Client Servicing Advisor will work closely with lead advisors to manage follow-through, service needs, account activity, and meeting preparation while helping create a seamless experience for clients and internal partners. Core Responsibilities
• Partner closely with lead advisors to support ongoing client servicing needs
• Prepare advisors for upcoming meetings and client interactions
• Process service-related requests including distributions, cash raises, and placing trades
• Assist with paperwork completion and follow-through
• Support account maintenance and client service workflows
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely execution and communication
• Participate in client-facing support activities as needed
• Attend client events and represent the firm with professionalism
• Help improve the efficiency of advisor support workflows
• Contribute to a highly collaborative office where team members step in as needed
Candidate Profile
• Active Series 65 or Series 66 required
• Rhode Island Life and Health license required
• Experience in wealth management, retirement planning, or financial advisory support preferred
• Strong client service mindset and attention to detail
• Professional presence and polished communication style
• Team-oriented approach with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable in a fully on-site environment
• Interested in long-term career growth within an advisory firm
Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary of $75,000
• 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee

• 4 weeks of vacation plus 3 personal days
