This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Wellington, FL. The Receptionist will be responsible for warmly greeting members and guests, managing incoming calls, providing accurate and timely information, and performing general clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the front desk area, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and handling guest inquiries
- Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and managing schedules
- Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in-person in a professional and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus
