Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in recreation or related fields.
Skills:
Proficiency in one or more areas, such as art, music, dance, trivia, games, exercise, movies, literature, or poetry.
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to plan, organize, and lead activities for large groups, small groups, and one-on-one sessions.
- Clear communication and enthusiasm to motivate residents to participate actively.
- Education: High School Diploma (minimum requirement).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize engaging activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents.
- Implement and oversee recreational programs and services that enhance residents' quality of life.
- Collaborate with community agencies and resources to expand activity options.
- Adapt and adjust activities based on resident feedback and needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
