We’re expanding and seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Expeditor Technician to join our Southwest Las Vegas location.
Job Summary
As an Expeditor Technician, you’ll help keep our optical department running efficiently. You’ll track eyewear orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors, staff, and patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, organized, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor eyewear orders to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with vendors, optical staff, and front office to resolve issues
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of frames, lenses, and supplies
- Maintain organized inventory and update tracking systems
- Prepare eyewear for fittings, adjustments, and patient pick-ups
- Enter data for orders and inventory updates
- Provide support to the optical team as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year experience in inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, retail, or healthcare preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Dependable, punctual, and highly organized
- Basic computer skills (experience with order tracking a plus)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in optical or healthcare operations a plus (full training provided)

Pay: $17-$19 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) is required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
