What You’ll Do
As an Optical Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience while helping patients find the perfect eyewear solutions.
- Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming approach
- Build relationships and attract new clientele to the practice
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored eyewear solutions
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently present options
- Upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with frame selection, fittings, and lens recommendations
- Accurately process prescriptions and ensure proper lens placement
- Maintain urgency in serving customers and exceeding expectations
- Collaborate with opticians and team members as needed
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and encourage referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous optical, retail, or office experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service and sales background
- Comfortable using POS systems, computers, and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ask the right questions
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
- Full-time (8-hour shifts)
- Monday to Friday availability required
- Weekend availability required
Compensation
- $16.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience
