What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a critical role in shaping their experience. You’ll ensure every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient forms
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Coordinate referrals and follow-ups
- Support clinic flow and collaborate with the clinical team
- Perform administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in healthcare, optical, dental, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using scheduling systems or CRM software
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
Bonus Experience (Preferred):
- 2 years in customer service
- 1 year in optical or ophthalmology
- Sales experience
Schedule
- Full-time (8-hour shifts)
- Monday to Friday availability required
- Saturdays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM) required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Compensation
- $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience
