Role: Nurse Educator in the Cath Lab, responsible for maintaining clinical competence, providing safe patient care, and serving as a clinical resource.

- Develop, revise, and evaluate standards of care, protocols, and procedures based on research.
- Serve as a role model by utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care and assist staff in skill development.
- Coordinate and evaluate formal education programs, in-service sessions, and staff training on new products and equipment.
- Participate in performance improvement, research programs, and data analysis to implement evidence-based interventions.
- Mentor staff and students, encouraging participation in research, patient care conferences, and committees.
- Conduct rounds to assess patient, family, and staff needs, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist in maintaining regulatory and professional documentation, and support individualized patient care plans.
- Current FL RN License, BLS required, ACLS preferred.
- CNOR certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical specialty experience, including leadership roles.
