What you bring to the Team
- 3-5 years of facilities, building maintenance, or property management experience.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Knowledig of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and building upkeep.
- Monitor building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance staff and facility technicians.
- Ensure timely response to facility issues and repair requests.
- Work with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and work orders.
- Report facility issues, maintenance costs, and operational updates to management.
